The SSL E Series EQ by UAD is a four-band parametric equalizer emulation based on the legendary SSL 4000 E console's Type E 242 "black knob" and 001 "brown knob" EQ sections. It delivers the iconic British EQ character of the SSL 4000 E—punchy, assertive, and deeply musical—with switchable "black" (surgical, clean) and "brown" (easy, musical) voicings for sculpting sources from drums to vocals to bass.
