Managing Your Subscription
Learn how to view, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Plugin Library subscription.

Plugin Library uses a subscription model to give you access to all features including unlimited plugin storage, AI assistant, and screenshot import. Here's everything you need to know about managing your subscription.
Subscription Plans

Viewing Your Current Plan

Go to Account Settings
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Settings.

Open the Billing tab
In the settings sidebar, click Billing. You'll see your current plan, billing cycle, and next payment date.
Payment history
Your complete payment history is available in the Billing section. You can download invoices for any past payment.
Upgrading to Pro

Go to Billing settings
Navigate to Settings → Billing.

Click Upgrade
Click the Upgrade to Pro button. You'll see the pricing and features included.

Enter payment details
Enter your payment information. We accept all major credit cards. Your subscription begins immediately after payment.
Annual discount
Save 20% by choosing annual billing instead of monthly. You can switch between billing cycles at any time.
Changing Your Billing Cycle
You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time:
- Monthly to Annual: You'll be charged the annual rate immediately. We'll apply a credit for any unused portion of your current month.
- Annual to Monthly: Your change takes effect at the end of your current annual period. You'll continue to have Pro access until then.
Updating Payment Method

Go to Billing settings
Navigate to Settings → Billing.

Click Update Payment Method
Under your current payment method, click Update.

Enter new details
Enter your new card information and click Save. The new card will be used for your next payment.
Canceling Your Subscription
Before you cancel
Canceling your subscription will downgrade you to the Free tier at the end of your current billing period. If you have more than 50 plugins, you'll need to remove some before the downgrade takes effect, or they'll become read-only.

Go to Billing settings
Navigate to Settings → Billing.

Click Cancel Subscription
Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription.

Confirm cancellation
Tell us why you're leaving (optional) and confirm. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What happens after cancellation:
- You keep Pro access until your current period ends
- Your plugin library data is preserved (not deleted)
- You can re-subscribe at any time to regain Pro access
- If you have >50 plugins, you'll need to choose which 50 to keep active
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
