Plugin Library uses a subscription model. Pro gives you an unlimited library and a higher daily screenshot-import allowance. Here's everything you need to know about managing your subscription.

Subscription Plans

Free Tier

  • Up to 100 plugins & instruments
  • Your DAW's stock plugins don't count toward the limit
  • 3 screenshot imports a day (10 on your first day)
  • Import from screenshots or a pasted plugin list, or add by hand
  • Personal notes & ratings
  • Search & filters
  • Full plugin catalog access

Pro

  • Unlimited plugins & instruments
  • Your DAW's stock plugins don't count toward the limit
  • 20 screenshot imports a day
  • Import from screenshots or a pasted plugin list, or add by hand
  • Personal notes & ratings
  • Search & filters
  • Full plugin catalog access

Viewing Your Current Plan

1

Open Settings

Click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar. On a narrow screen, open the sidebar with the menu button first.
2

Scroll to Subscription

Settings is a single page of sections. Scroll to Subscription, which names the plan you are on. On Pro it also shows your next billing date.

Past payments

We don't keep a payment history page. Payments run through Stripe, and Manage Subscription in the Subscription section opens Stripe's billing portal.

Upgrading to Pro

1

Go to the Subscription section

Open Settings from the left sidebar and scroll to Subscription.
2

Click Upgrade

The section shows the Pro price and what is included, with a monthly/yearly toggle above it. Click Upgrade to Pro.
3

Pay on Stripe

That sends you to Stripe's checkout page. Your Pro plan starts as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.

Annual discount

Save 17% by choosing annual billing instead of monthly.

Changing Your Billing Cycle

You choose monthly or annual before you upgrade, with the toggle above the Pro card in Settings Subscription. Once you are on Pro, that section shows Manage Subscription instead, which opens the Stripe billing portal.

Updating Payment Method

Your card lives with Stripe, not with us. In Settings, the Subscription section has a Manage Subscription button. It opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can change the card on file or cancel.

Canceling Your Subscription

Before you cancel

Canceling drops you to the Free tier once the subscription ends. Everything already in your library stays there and stays fully usable. What changes is adding: while you are over the Free limit of 100 plugins (your DAW's stock plugins don't count), you can't add new ones until you are back under it.

Canceling uses the same button: Settings Subscription Manage Subscription opens the Stripe billing portal, and you cancel there. Stripe tells us when the subscription has ended, and your account moves to Free at that point.

What happens after cancellation:

  • Your plugin library data is preserved (not deleted)
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to regain Pro access
  • If you have more than 100 plugins, they all stay in your library. You just can't add new ones until you are back under the limit

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
